What We Do

A comprehensive support system designed to ensure no child is left behind, regardless of background or circumstance.

Career Booklet

A bilingual, visually engaging career guide with 300+ realistic career options after Class 10 and 12 - from ITI trades to vocational careers, government jobs to digital opportunities. Aligned with NEP 2020 career guidance framework.

In-School Workshops

Interactive sessions in Grades 9-12 to help student reflect on their skills, explore career paths, and make informed choices. Includes group activities, interest mapping, and storytelling.

Mentorship Circles

Monthly 1-on-1 or group mentorship sessions with relatable role models from similar backgrounds. Each mentor guids 3-5 students for 6-12 months.

Scholarship Support

Help desks for scholarship applications through National Scholarship Portal (NSP), PM YASASVI, and INSPIRE schemes. We guide students through vocational admissions, exam form filling, and track deadlines with our specialized Form Calendars.

Teacher & Parent Engagement

Parallel orientation sessions for parents to understand career possibilities and align with NEP 2020 guidance. Teacher training modules to equip staff as long-term career guides through Vidyanjali volunteering partnerships.

Digital Support

A low-data career chatbot, online quiz-based pathway suggestions, short reels/videos, and application reminders. Includes guidance for PMKVY skill training options through NSDC partnerships and digital literacy support.
